Katherine Hansen leads the blue line around one side of the Capitol building. People divided into two different lines Monday to circle around the Capitol and meet on the other side. Around 500 people gathered to join hands around the Capitol to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act and ...bring about awareness.
