Health Insurance
Community Partnerships is interested in the health and well being of both you and your family. A comprehensive health, dental and vision insurance program is available for you and your family. You also have the option of Supplemental life &/or Disability Insurance. Upon eligibility you may choose to accept the insurance coverage or you may choose not to participate.

Remember if you are on the CPI Pacific Source group medical plan you must forward copies of all Explanation of Benefits (EOB’s) that you receive from Pacific Source to Myriad either by fax 208-387-0242 or mail to Myriad at P.O. Box 370, Meridian, ID 83680.

Dental Insurance

For dental coverage you have two options;

1) You can choose a group plan with Willamette Dental. For more information about Willamette, go to http://www.willamettedental.com

2) You can choose a group plan with Delta Dental. For more information about Delta Dental, go to http://www.deltadentalid.com

Consult A Doctor

All CPI employees are eligible to enroll in the Consult A Doctor benefit. This is a telemedicine plan that connects you and your family with licensed physicians via phone or email. You can receive information, advice or treatment and even prescription medication and refill when appropriate.

Employee Assistance Program

The Employee Assistance Program through Reliant Behavioral Health is available to assist employees in preventing personal and job performance problems by promoting healthy activities. Flexible Spending Account
The Flexible Spending Account is a salary reduction program. It provides employees with an opportunity to save tax dollars by electing to have a designated amount withheld from pre-tax earnings each pay period. Contributions are held in a trust fund operated by the Plan Trustee. This money is then used to reimburse qualified medical and/or child/elder care expenses incurred by the employee and their eligible dependents.

Paid Time Off
CPI wishes for their staff to maintain a healthy work/life balance. All full time employees are eligible to earn personal time off for each pay period when they become eligible for full time benefits. Part time employees become eligible after one year of service.

Holidays
Paid holidays are available to full time staff. Employees will be notified at the end of each calendar year, which days will be the company holidays for the upcoming calendar year. Company holidays will be selected from the following:

New Year's Day
Martin Luther King Day
President’s Day
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Thanksgiving
Friday after Thanksgiving
Labor Day
Christmas Day
Day before or after Christmas

401(k) Plan
Community Partnerships offers employees the opportunity to participate in a 401(k) retirement savings plan whereby employees can elect to contribute a portion of their salary on a pre-tax basis. When you are eligible to participate you will be notified by American Funds.
