3/15/12 - CERTIFIED FAMILY HOME PROVIDER MEETINGS. Community Partnerships of Idaho will hold regional provider meetings beginning March 26 through April 5th.

MEETING AGENDA:

• Introduction of staff
• Review of supports and services provided through Program Coordination
• Review of CPI Res Hab website
• Q&A Time

In addition, representatives from MOLINA will be available to
provide training to submit your billing - online and on paper.

A certificate of attendance for 1.5 training hours will be available at each meeting site.

3/06/12 - Beginning March 15, Idaho Medicaid is contracting with Community Partnerships of Idaho to provide Program Coordination services. CFH providers should have received a letter of explanation from Idaho's Dept. of Health & Welfare last week. (click here to view IDHW's letter)

We are looking forward to providing Program Coordination to you and the participant(s) you serve. To assist in this process, we have mailed each of you a packet of information that includes Program Coordinator information and a list of frequently asked questions.
